  • Return Policy
  • Ventura Trading Company's RETURN POLICY: ALL ITEMS- Any unused, unopened item may be returned within 14 days from purchase date for a refund. The refund is for items purchased only minus a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund of shipping and handling costs.
    FREE SHIPPING: ITEMS- In the event that a "Free Shipping" item is returned, the shipping costs incurred in shipping the package will be deducted from the refund.
    RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED:
    1. Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of the original date of purchase:
    a. To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the return code for the item(s), either "defective" or "wrong item shipped". If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate "exchange" on the "notes" section
    b. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. Please use USPS First Class-Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as the shipping method. For returns from international addresses, the shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If any standard shipping method is used, the mount will be reimburses. If any express shipping is used, only the amount USPS First-Class Mail International would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
    NOTE: venturatradingcompany.com will not be responsible for return packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number. If an item is returned without the above needed information, we will not process such return.

No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Ventura Trading Company.     CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: We MUST have your correct BILL TO address for verification by your credit card company. This is the address where they send your monthly statement.
    Visa and Mastercard require Billing Address Verification prior to processing. For security reasons, we only ship to the VERIFIED billing address OR VERIFIED alternate address listed on the account.
    If the billing and shipping address are different, please be sure both addresses are listed with your credit card issuer before placing an order:
    1) Contact your credit card issuer at their customer service dept. Phone number is located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement.
    2) Let them know that you would like to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information will remain on file for future orders. If your card does not allow a 2nd address for shipping, it is beyond our control**.
    Shipping to a different address may delay order processing since it requires more personal attention and additional steps to contact the credit card issuer for authorization.
    If we cannot verify your billing or shipping address, your order may be cancelled without further contact or notice from Ventura Trading Company since we note these regulations on our order form and in our follow up email to customers. We do not charge your credit card if we cannot verify the order information.
    Please understand that these are security regulations for internet orders and card-not-present transactions. They have been established by Visa/MasterCard to insure your account's security.
    Not all online merchants follow the regulations, but as a 100% secure shopping site, we comply with all Internet "card not present" anti-fraud procedures. We hear time and again that "other companies didn't require this" but those other companies are not following security regulations required by all credit card issuers.
